Take Exit 56 South; proceed approximately 1 block on Route 111 South; bear left at the fork onto Wheeler Road (you will see sign pointing left for “Court Complex”); after about 1 ½ miles, after the train tracks, Wheeler Road becomes Carleton Avenue; go approximately another 1 ¾  miles, and 320 Carleton Avenue will be on your left (If you pass the Courthouse in Central Islip, you’ve gone too far).  Take a left on Hoppen Drive (320 Carleton Avenue is on the corner of Carleton Avenue & Hoppen Drive), and parking is available in the rear of the building.  Take the elevator to the 4th Floor – Suite 4200 has a large glass door.

Take Exit 43A; make a left onto Spur Drive North; make a right onto Carleton Avenue; take your 2nd right onto Hoppen Drive (320 Carleton Avenue is on the corner of Carleton Avenue & Hoppen Drive), and parking is available in the rear of the building.  Take the elevator to the 4th Floor – Suite 4200 has a large glass door.
